By accessing or using Murmur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Murmur is a personal voice journal application. You may use it for personal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record any audio content you capture.
You retain ownership of all voice recordings and diary content you create. By using Murmur, you grant us a limited license to process your audio for transcription and analysis purposes only. Do not record or submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Murmur offers the following plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Murmur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or emotion analysis. Murmur is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
